Unique place work great history and classic food. Service has a local feel which adds to it's individuality

To expensive but to be fair I haven't eaten there but once in 5 years

Best breakfast in all of Santa Clarita! And place has been used as a movie location for dozens of movies, tv shows and commercials including the iconic Cindy Crawford Pepsi commercial ( both the 90’s version and the 2018 version). Friendly staff and food arrives fast and delicious.

This is a very fun historic place to eat. They have short clips from all the movies and TV shows that have filmed there

I ate breakfast there almost every Sunday back in the 80's. The food was good then and as good now. You never know who you'll meet there. In 1989, I had breakfast with Hoyt Axton and afterward, spent the day riding with him.

Finally made the drive here on sierra hwy. The front of the cafe been filmed in every venue on the planet. The old time gas station next door the same filmed in everything. Fact is there is a vw bus up on a rack and I know I saw this just recently on tv. The cafe inside is just awesome and been filmed as well. Ordered two milkshakes to go and apple pie. They were closing at 3 pm. Just darling inside. Must go back for the food.

What can I say!? The food was so good! My daughter and I had Steak & Eggs, and wow! Really great food.

Food and service were good!Definitely a rustic and vintage place with lots of history with many movies scenes and commercials filmed here throughout the years.They close at 3pm every day.

Was ok but rather go to the way staion in new hall.....its cheaper and better breakfast

Wow! Instant 8-Track Flashbacks to the Cindy Crawford Pepsi commercial, Heroes, Twilight Zone and so much more. Plus the 🍔 and service was great! *Super clean bathroom was also a plus!!

Always love coming in here for a down-home breakfast and gallons of coffee. :) Great menu and kind service. Seems like I often run into people I know from the Santa Clarita Valley all the way to Antelope Valley.

This is a favorite place. Food is always wonderful. The staff is very friendly, and makes you feel at home. I've enjoyed both breakfast and lunches here. It's fun to try and list all the movies and commercials that have been filmed here. Worst part, is we don't get to see Sally (the owner) as often as we used to! 😁

Fantastic dinner and a great find. We had Kids burgers, Hash & country fries. Everything was tasty.

Great food and service. With a party of 8 at 9am on a Saturday, we got seated in about 20 minutes, which was faster than I expected. Service was great, friendly and plenty attentive. All the pre breakfast chatter evaporated when the food arrived. Of 7 adults and a kid, everyone liked their food, from the corned beef hash, eggs Benedict, eggs and steak, to the pancakes.And then there were the cars and the weather outside (see photos). Holy moly. Made for a great morning in southern California.

Has kind of an old fashioned vibe and the food is good and not over priced.

The waitresses are spot on and very friendly and the food was great the place hasn't changed at all since I was a little kid and I'm 65 now .hope it never closes its history.luv this place

We love going here! We are locals, so we bring family and friends here from out of town quite often. We love the atmosphere, the staff is always friendly and cheerful. The food is consistently yummy! I love the Eggs Florentine. Only thing I would suggest is adding a veggie burger to the menu, that would make me very happy!

I go there often for breakfast. Their breakfast menu is second to none. The quality of food and quality of service make Halfway House Café a destination spot in SCV.

I'm pleased with the delicious breakfast Halfway House served. This amazing place takes you away from the rush and stressful city that we leave in.

Weekends until about 11am it can be really busy and you might have to wait for a table, wait for drinks, food, check etc, especially if a large group comes in. I don't know why people do that; the restaurant is small, it's not that kind of place. But I digress. Food is always good, service is always good. They remember you after a few visits and I love that. Great atmosphere overall.

A local icon. They have been here forever. Looks run down from the outside....just the way the movie industry wants it. You have seen our local gem in all kinds of movies and TV. Food is good. Portions plenty. If you like salsa on your eggs ask for their green salsa - homemade and tasty.

Excellent food. I had ahankering for pancakes and scrambled eggs plus a good cup of coffee. And the service was excellent.

Good ol Americana food in a great historical (if not, should be!) diner that could double for a handful of diners straight out of a Twilight Zone episode! Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Reasonable $. Check first before going to make sure Hollywood isn't filming & it's open to the public

None, but would love to come to this restaurant in the future. This restaurant was the set of the 'Cup a Joe' episode in The A-team series wasn't it?

Good ol' hearty comfort food, don't expect anything glamorous! Love their side of the road, out of the way location.

I gave this place 3 stars honestly I've never tried it I've driven past it hundreds of times couple years ago I got into an accident when someone came around the corner in my lane and put me into their telephone Pole Can't wait to eat here lol

Love this place the food, the atmosphere and the service

My burger was delicious, slightly charred on the edges but still juicy. And the service was good. Nice little gem off the beaten path.
